At TrueBare, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy to keep products safe and hygienic.
No Return / No Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds after delivery, except for:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
Replacement Rules (Damaged / Defective Only)
To get a replacement:
- Unboxing video is required
- Video must show start to finish, no cuts
- Problem must be visible in the video
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Replacement Not Allowed If:
- No unboxing video, edited, or unclear
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Request is after 3 days of delivery
- Accessories or original packaging are missing
How to Get a Replacement
Email us at truebare1@gmail.com with:
- Order Number
- Unboxing Video
- Simple description of the problem
Once approved, a replacement will be sent (if serviceable).
Refunds are not provided. Only replacement is available.
