Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At TrueBare, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy to keep products safe and hygienic.

No Return / No Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds after delivery, except for:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
Replacement Rules (Damaged / Defective Only)

To get a replacement:

  • Unboxing video is required
  • Video must show start to finish, no cuts
  • Problem must be visible in the video
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
Replacement Not Allowed If:
  • No unboxing video, edited, or unclear
  • Product is used or damaged by customer
  • Request is after 3 days of delivery
  • Accessories or original packaging are missing
How to Get a Replacement

Email us at truebare1@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Unboxing Video
  • Simple description of the problem

Once approved, a replacement will be sent (if serviceable).

Refunds are not provided. Only replacement is available.
